Completing registration indicates that users agree to us collecting and using their information within the scope described in this Policy.

If we discover, or receive reports or complaints from others, that a user has violated this Policy, we have the right to review and delete the relevant content, and to take measures such as warnings, feature restrictions, or account bans against the violating account depending on the severity of the violation, and to notify the user of the outcome.

Users understand and agree that we have the right, based on reasonable judgment, to take action against conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations or this Policy, to take appropriate legal action against users who violate laws or regulations, and to retain relevant information and report it to the relevant authorities in accordance with laws and regulations. Users shall bear the resulting legal liability.
3. Users understand and agree that for any claims, demands, or losses asserted by any third party caused by or arising from the user’s violation of this Policy, the user shall provide compensation in accordance with the law and hold us harmless.
3. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information
1. Basic principles of collection and use

(2) Device binding and battery data display
When you use the App to add, view, or manage lithium battery/BMS devices, we will collect device-related information (including but not limited to device identifiers, hardware information, operating status, alarm information, parameter configurations, etc.) in order to provide you with features such as device monitoring, data analysis, and alarm notifications.
(3) Ensure the security of products/services
During your use of our services, in order to identify abnormal account status, understand product compatibility, and ensure the security and quality of the Service, we may automatically collect your usage information and store it as network log information, including:
© Device information: To facilitate device identification, data statistics and analysis, and to ensure the security and quality of network access and service operations, we will, based on your specific operations during access and/or use, receive and record information related to the device you use (including device model, operating system version, device settings, network type, IP address, necessary device identifiers, etc.).
① Service log information: When you use our services, we will automatically collect detailed information about your use of our services and save it as service logs, including browsing history, operation records, IP addresses, access dates and times, etc.
Please note that device information and service log information alone cannot identify a specific natural person. Such information will be collected in the specific features and business scenarios you choose. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of the basic functions. For example:
- Camera permission: used to scan device QR codes to quickly add or identify devices;
- Photo album/storage permission: used to save device QR code images, or to select local images when providing feedback;
- Network-related permissions: used for version updates, account login, device data synchronization, and feedback.
4. Other rules for collecting and using personal information
(1) If the information you provide contains the personal information of other users, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization before providing such personal information to us.
(2) If we use the information for other purposes not specified in this Privacy Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will separately seek your authorization and consent.

- Other conduct that violates laws and regulations, infringes upon the lawful rights and interests of other users, or is not expressly authorized.
3. Users are solely responsible for the truthfulness, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, and validity of the information transmitted using the App account or the Service, and users shall bear any legal liability related to the information they disseminate.
10. Account Cancellation
1. You may request account cancellation through the relevant feature entry in the App, or by sending an email to info@lslithiumbattery.com.
2. After your account is canceled, we will stop providing you with all products and/or services of the App, and process your personal information through anonymization or other means, or delete the personal information related to your account, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, unless laws, regulations, or regulatory authorities provide otherwise regarding the retention period of user information.
11. Miscellaneous
1. We solemnly remind users to pay attention to the clauses in this Policy that disclaim liability and limit users’ rights. Please read them carefully and consider the risks on your own. Minors should read this Policy accompanied by their legal guardians.
2. The validity, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Policy shall be governed primarily by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules). If any dispute or controversy arises between users and us, it shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent people’s court.
3. If any clause of this Policy is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
